プライバシーポリシー
orcana（以下「運営者」）は、スマートフォン向けゲームアプリ「BRIM」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 運営者が直接取得する情報
本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、運営者が氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を取得することはありません。
ゲームの進行状況（クリアしたステージと星の数）、アイテムやライフの数、選んだスキン・言語・音の設定などは、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも削除されます。
2. 外部サービスによる情報の取り扱い
本アプリは、広告の表示とアプリ内課金のため、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。
Google AdMob（広告）
ライフを回復するための任意の動画広告（リワード広告）を表示するために利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID）、IP アドレス、端末やOSの情報、広告の表示や操作の履歴などを取得することがあります。
- iOS では、広告識別子の利用について「トラッキングの許可」をお尋ねします。許可しない場合でも本アプリは問題なく遊べ、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。
- 欧州経済領域・英国・スイスなど、法令で同意が必要な地域では、Google の同意管理ツールで同意の有無をお尋ねします。

RevenueCat（アプリ内課金の管理）
アイテムパックやスキンの購入を処理・確認し、「購入を復元」できるようにするために利用しています。RevenueCat は、本アプリが自動で割り当てる匿名の利用者 ID、購入履歴、端末や OS の情報、IP アドレスから推定される国などを取得します。詳しくは RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
運営者による利用状況の分析
ゲームの改善（難しすぎるステージの調整など）のため、運営者自身のサーバー（Cloudflare 上）に、次の情報を送信しています。
- アプリが端末ごとに作るランダムな ID（氏名や広告 ID などとは結びつきません）
- プレイの記録：ステージの開始・クリア・中断、手数・星の数・かかった時間、アイテムの使用、広告の視聴や購入の有無
- OS の種類、アプリのバージョン、表示言語、国（接続元からの大まかな推定）
IP アドレスは保存せず、広告や第三者への提供には使いません。アプリ内の「クレジット」画面から、送信をいつでも止められます。
App Store / Google Play（決済）
代金の支払いは Apple または Google が行います。運営者がクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
3. 利用目的
- 広告の表示と、広告視聴によるライフの付与
- ゲームの改善のための利用状況の分析
- アプリ内課金の処理、購入内容の付与と復元
- 不正行為の防止
4. 利用者が選べること
- iOS：「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、トラッキングの許可をいつでも変更できます。
- Android：「設定」→「プライバシー」または「Google」→「広告」から、広告 ID のリセットや削除ができます。
- 同意が必要な地域では、アプリ内の「クレジット」画面にあるプライバシー設定から、広告に関する同意をいつでも変更できます。
- アプリ内の「クレジット」画面から、利用状況の分析データの送信を止められます。
- 広告の視聴や課金は任意です。利用しなくても本アプリは遊べます。
5. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としたものではなく、運営者が13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。
6. 第三者への提供
運営者は、上記の外部サービスを除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合はこの限りではありません。
7. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how orcana ("we") handles information in the mobile game BRIM (the "App").
1. Information we collect directly
The App has no accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or other personal information.
Your game progress (cleared stages and stars), item and life counts, and your chosen style, language and sound settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Deleting the App deletes this data.
2. Third-party services
The App uses the following services to show ads and to handle in-app purchases. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.
Google AdMob (ads)
Used to show optional rewarded video ads that refill a life. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device and OS information, and ad interactions.
- On iOS, the App asks for permission to track before using the advertising identifier. You can decline and still play; you will see non-personalized ads.
- Where the law requires consent (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App asks for it through Google's consent tool.

RevenueCat (in-app purchases)
Used to process and verify purchases of item packs and styles and to let you restore them. RevenueCat collects an anonymous user ID assigned by the App, purchase history, device and OS information, and your approximate country based on IP address. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Our own usage analytics
To improve the game (for example, to rebalance stages that are too hard), the App sends the following to our own server (hosted on Cloudflare):
- A random ID the App creates on your device (not linked to your name, advertising ID or accounts)
- Play events: stages started, cleared or left, moves, stars and time taken, items used, and whether ads were watched or purchases made
- OS, app version, display language and approximate country (from the connection)
We do not store IP addresses, and we do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties. You can turn it off any time on the App's Credits screen.
App Store / Google Play (payments)
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number or other payment details.
3. How information is used
- Showing ads and granting lives for watching them
- Analyzing how the game is played, to improve it
- Processing, delivering and restoring in-app purchases
- Preventing fraud
4. Your choices
- iOS: change tracking permission any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads.
- Where consent is required, you can change your ad consent any time from the privacy settings on the App's Credits screen.
- You can stop sending usage analytics on the App's Credits screen.
- Watching ads and making purchases are optional. You can play the App without either.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties other than the services above, except where required by law.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
